Feelings of helplessness are real. We've all been there—banging our heads against a wall, trying to fix something outside of our control. 😥
Viktor Frankl, who found meaning even while suffering in concentration camps, taught us this: When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves.
This is the most empowering shift you can make in your life or practice. It's the moment you stop fighting the external battle and start mastering the internal one.
Therapeutic power lies in this question: If I cannot change this situation, what can I change about my response, interpretation, or self-care?
Give yourself the gift of acceptance, and watch your inner strength bloom.
