What an incredible event. Hope Valley Recovery was grateful to attend Heartland High School’s Heartland of Hope Luncheon.
Heartland is Ohio’s only private, non-profit recovery high school, providing students in recovery with a supportive, accessible path to earning a state recognized diploma. Their mission is rooted in inclusion, ensuring every adolescent in or needing recovery has access to the education and support they deserve.
To say this event was moving would be an understatement. There was an amazing turnout from advocates across the field, igniting great conversation and many hugs. We were able to hear from the staff of Heartland who conveyed nothing but passion for this mission. Most importantly, we were able to hear testimonials from current students. To see hope and direction in the eyes of a young student who has had to be so courageous thus far in life was more impactful than words can describe.
Hope Valley Recovery was grateful to show support alongside other community agencies.
