RUFOS is an organization centered on the seeking of truth within the field of ufology and its significance in today's world and to help educate and condition the public about the possibility of the existence of UFOs / UAPs and Extraterrestrial life. A Word From Our Director

The Roundtown UFO Society is a non-profit organization that is seriously interested in collecting data on Unidentified Flying Objects. We are an outlet for people who want to know the latest information about UFOs and also for people who may have seen an unknown object and who wish to report it. It is important to get the reports and to be able to analyze them. We urge anybody who believes that they may have witnessed an unusual phenomenon to contact us at the above address or phone number or our email address, rufos@columbus.rr.com. Some of our RUFOS members are affiliated with two nationwide UFO investigative groups; MUFON, the Mutual UFO Network, located in Morrison, Colorado; and CUFOS, the J. Allen Hynek Center for UFO Studies, located in Chicago, Illinois. Also some members belong to a state organization, which is MUFON of Ohio. These non-profit organizations have hundreds of members who hold professional degrees and who feel that UFOs deserve serious scientific study. Co-operation is the key to helping solve this greatest mystery of our, or possibly all time. After many years of investigating and researching UFOs I decided that more of the public should be told about our results. This is for the public that is interested in this subject. I call this endeavor the Public Awareness Program. I have accomplished this by giving talks at different organizations, writing local newspaper articles, and now with our website. We had a quarterly newsletter that lasted for thirteen years. With our website, www.roundtownufosociety.com, our information can be available much sooner and will help the society accomplish much more. We plan on putting the latest UFO information on it, which also will include past UFO sightings. History is very important to ufology. "We will try to stick to the facts, as we know them." Tomorrow evening Feb 12, 2026, in our monthly RUFOS meeting in Circleville, Ohio at 6pm ET, one of our members, Kathleen B. Covalt, Ed. D. will give a presentation of "The Watchers". It wll be presented via Zoom for all who would be interested.
I'm hoping to get to know of the Book of Enoch better and how "The Watchers" were portrayed in this non-canonical book speaking of non-earthly beings and possibly some history of those called the Nephilim. Looking forward to an interesting evening!

Who are these mysterious Beings who some say came down from heaven and have been interacting with Humanity since Humanity's beginning?
We will examine passages in the Bible and the apocryphal Book of Enoch as well as more recent testimony from every day people who have had personal encounters with Beings who Watch.

One sad item of interest to share......
On January 20, 2026, Fran Ridge passed away. He was a pioneer in UFO research field throughout most of this life working with NICAP and MADAR UFO detection among many other accomplishments. Excited to be sitting and watching the James Fox UFO press conference on Varginha, Brazil case that streamed three days ago.
I feel James Fox is one of the best producers of information of UFO/UAP (Unidentified Flying Objects/Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon). I'm watching this 3 hour video as I write this.
It provides some great testimonial of folks who were involved in an incident that happened in Varginha, Brazil back in 1996 where a craft with alien entities aboard crashed and later interacted with humans. These brave witnesses are telling their unique stories of their experiences that happened.
It's being presented in a time when congressional hearings on the UFO/UAP are happening in an effort to bring this subject out in the open, worldwide. The restrictions of allowing this reality to be seen by our human existence, IMO, is criminal.
James Fox has my admiration and I sit in awe, watching what he's accomplished, not only here, but over the years.
