Exciting news from Mount Carmel St. Ann’s!

We’re proud to announce a transformative renovation of our women’s health facilities, with upgraded spaces scheduled to open in early 2027. This project reflects our continued commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence.

What’s included:

✨A new low-intervention birth unit offering a home-like experience for low-risk pregnancies
✨A new midwife-led practice focused on holistic, personalized maternity care
✨Upgraded NICU featuring private family rooms
✨A Ronald McDonald House respite space to support families with hospitalized newborns
✨Enhancements to the newborn nursery, patient floors, and family support areas

Renovations will begin soon with careful coordination to ensure minimal disruption to patient care and staff operations.

Shepherding Parents of Twinless Twins: an uplifting community of support in Central Ohio for parents of twinless twins to join together in solidarity through the path of grief, joy, heartache, confusion, and peace as we parent the surviving twin and long for the twin who has passed.

Expecting parents: A hospital tour is one of the best ways to ease any pre-birth jitters. Getting familiar with the environment ahead of time means you won’t feel like a fish out of water when labor begins—you’ll know exactly where to go and what to expect from the space around you.

Last weekend, I had the joy of giving a tour of the Maternity floor at Mount Carmel Grove City to two of the sweetest couples. Wishing them all the best as they prepare for labor, birth, and the beautiful (and wild!) journey of parenting. 💛✨
