It's that time of year again and Brown Memorial Home's team swung for the fences! Our residents submitted two art displays bringing home 1st and 2nd place! To top it off, our Mardi Gras themed float won The Best In Show award!!! We are all grateful and humbled that the community and judges recognized the love and talent that our staff and residents put into this event. We are fortunate to have the best and most caring work family anyone could ask for. We also have the sweetest group of residents that we have the pleasure of serving! Many people don't realize the dedication and sacrifices it takes to work in the healthcare field. Our staff truly gives of themselves every single day. To accomplish something like this truly makes a statement. The staff sacrificed so many hours planning, building, decorating and executing this mission and they should all be commended! The enjoyment our residents get from all of our hard work is the reason we do it. Many facilities provide services similar to those we do but none of them can do it as well as us. We were the only Skilled Nursing Facility in the county that entered a float into the parade. We are proud to show the community how much we love what we do.

Since it is Xichigan week, our staff and residents wanted to do a Pre-Game Day event. I have to say, we made it look like the real deal! A HUGE Thank You goes out to Jeremy from the Scioto Post for coming out to partake in the event. Everyone had an absolute blast poking fun at TTUN. O-H.....
