This season often brings meltdowns in the store and judgy looks from strangers and relatives. None of that means you are failing. We can still hold our kids to appropriate behavioral expectations and help them learn the tools to cope with the craziness of this season. Being a kind, loving, and helpful parent does not mean being a permissive parent.

I didn’t know what to do anymore. My daughter was shutting down β€” hiding from friends, avoiding everything she used to love.

Then she started using Big Life Journal. Little by little, I saw her come back to herself β€” more open, calmer, lighter.
