Always Home Nursing, Inc is hiring a Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) for direct patient care in the home setting for pediatric and young adult patients.

Responsibilities
· Utilizes the nursing process to monitor, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
· Perform nursing care which can include, but not limited to: enteral feedings, medication administration, tracheostomy care and respiratory treatments, while monitoring for any change of condition.
· Provide complete documentation of all care provided.

Qualifications
· Current California Nursing License.
· Current BLS card.
· One-year prior nursing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
• Utilizes the nursing process to monitor, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Perform nursing assessments of clients in their home.
• Supervise and teach nurses as needed.
• Provide complete documentation for reports.
• The Registered Nurse (RN) will perform duties within their scope of practice to meet direct patient care needs.

Qualifications
• Current California Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One-year prior Registered Nurse (RN) experience required.
