🎆 Happy New Year 🎆

Thank you for making this past year full of celebrations with all the lives changed!

We got to end the year with a newborn baby sleeping 6 hours after his adjustments! Comfortable laying in bassinet and only taking 10 minutes to fall back asleep after feeding in the night! Major win for the parents getting more sleep, happy baby, not needing to bounce for 2 hours, and not needing to be held upright at all times!

May 2026 bring more joy, peaceful rest, and healthy families! See you all in the New Year!!

'Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the house,
Kids' nervous systems were stirring (not quiet as a mouse).
The stockings were hung, but the children weren't sleeping,
Their fight-or-flight mode had them tossing and leaping.
Away to the window the parents did dash,
Knowing dysregulation had caused this big crash.
The nervous system's like Santa's control tower, you see,
Coordinating all functions with perfect harmony.
But when it gets stuck (like a sleigh in the snow),
Everything else has nowhere to go!

"Now REGULATE! BALANCE! Now sweet VAGAL TONE!
On CALM DOWN! On SLOW DOWN! Let healing be shown!

So here's to the season of peace and delight,
May your little ones actually sleep through the night!
And we heard them exclaim as stress melted away,
"Our nervous systems are ready for Christmas Day!"
