Healthy eating plays an important role in helping children grow, stay active, and support their immune systems.

A few simple ways to encourage healthy habits at home:

• Offer fruits or veggies with every meal
• Keep healthy snacks like yogurt, fruit, or cheese within reach
• Encourage kids to try new foods (it can take several tries!)
• Make family meals a time to connect and unplug

Is your teen struggling with anxiety or stress? They’re not alone — and they don’t have to face it alone either. 💬💛

Mind Over Mood is a FREE, online support group created just for teens aged 13–18 who are navigating anxiety, stress, and big emotions. It’s a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space to connect with others who get it.
