We want to give a big thank you to Victor Cernuda for all his hard work and dedication during his time with us. His last day with ACS was October 3rd, and he’ll definitely be missed around the office. We wish him nothing but the best in his next adventure!

America Cleaning Solutions was proud to attend the NAIOP Oregon Chapter Bus Tour on September 18th! 🚍✨

This year’s tour was extra special, as for the first time in NAIOP Bus Tour history, the event crossed the river to Vancouver. We had the opportunity to explore the city’s growth through key stops like the Vancouver Innovation Center, Columbia Tech Center, and Hidden Glen Industrial Center, while also learning how Vancouver and Portland collaborate to promote regional prosperity.

ACS was represented by Elizabeth Jackson and Angel Benavidez, who joined the fun and helped capture some great moments along the way. Events like these are an excellent opportunity to connect with industry leaders, local officials, and fellow members who are shaping the future of our region’s economy.

👏 A big thank-you to NAIOP Oregon for organizing such a valuable and engaging event. We’re grateful to be part of this community and look forward to continuing to build connections that support growth across the Portland-Vancouver area.

A huge thank you to CSI Portland, OR (Construction Specifications Institute) for hosting another fantastic Annual Golf Tournament, and to our golfers Kevin and Angel for hitting the greens in style! 🏌️‍♂️⛳ Big shoutout to our amazing team — Caelum and Elizabeth — for holding down the table like champs in the summer heat, and to Victor for capturing some jaw-dropping drone footage. 📸🚁

We had such a blast catching up with friends, meeting new faces, and enjoying a day of fun for a great cause. From the 9am shotgun start to the happy hour & taco bar, this tournament never disappoints! 🌮🍹

Thank you to Stone Creek Golf Club in Oregon City for being such wonderful hosts — the course was in perfect shape and the views were unbeatable. Until next year, we’ll be practicing our drives… and maybe our taco-eating speed. 😉
