Happy Anniversary to my person, the one who truly does it all with me. From facials, massages and pedicures to hunting, fishing, cooking, building and loving on our boys. Whatever it is, he’s right there by my side.

I’m so thankful for a husband who is my helpmate in this busy, sometimes chaotic season of life. He’s been my biggest supporter while I’ve been growing my business coming home to a messy house and no dinner more times than I can count and never once complaining.

Tonight may not be fancy, but it’s perfectly us, at the ballpark for Carter’s last double header of the season, with Slim Jims and peanuts in hand 😂 and honestly, I wouldn’t have it any other way.

I love you the most, Ryan ♥️

Guess what the UPS man dropped off today!! 😍📦

If you know me at all, you already know I’ve been living in my “granny era” long before it was cool! Give me all the antique, primitive goodness!

I don’t splurge on things much these days because let’s be real, I’ve got plenty of stuff already 😅, but this one, I just couldn’t pass it up. I’ve looked for this for a long time…

And no, it’s not for the apothecary this time, but it is for my kitchen 🤭

We had stuffed bell peppers for dinner tonight and they were SO good 🫑

But the best part? We turned it into a little “teaching moment” for the teens at the table… and now I’m curious how many of YOU know this 👀

💟 Tincture Tuesday!

Sweet Violet is one of those gentle little plants that often gets overlooked, but it carries some really wonderful medicinal benefits 🌿💜

Sweet violet is used as a soothing herb for the lymphatic system, helping support the body in moving stagnation and promoting healthy drainage and especially when paired with herbs like cleavers. It’s also known for its cooling, moistening properties, making it helpful for dry coughs, irritated throats and even inflamed skin.

Sweet violet is rich in natural compounds that support the respiratory system, calm inflammation and gently encourage detoxification through the lymphatics. It’s one of my favorite herbs to include when formulating blends for fluid movement in the body.

You can also make the most beautiful violet tea from the flowers for a floral drink that’s as lovely to look at as it is to sip 💜

This pretty little plant is one of the key ingredients I use in my lymphatic tincture, paired with cleavers to create a gentle but effective herbal ally for supporting your body naturally.
