I know I’ll probably get in trouble for this one, but I couldn’t let this memory pass by today. He’s always been my little garden helper, just 4 years old here. We lived outside when the weather was pretty and when the rain came, we played in it. Spring and summer meant messy hands, muddy feet and not a whole lot of housework getting done 🤭

I’m so grateful I got to stay home with him until he started school. These memories that pop up always hit me right in the heart. Time really is a thief.

If I could tell young mamas anything, it would be this, soak in every single minute. Even the long days that feel like they’ll never end those are the ones you’ll miss the most. Because one day, you blink… and they’re grown 🥹

Turn off the TV, put away the iPads and video games and let them dig in the dirt. That’s where the good stuff is 🌱

Today’s herbal spotlight is a comforting trio I love for PMS support that I call Cycle Soothe. It contains Blue Vervain, Motherwort and Red Clover. Each one has its own medicinal properties for women’s wellness and together they make a beautiful blend for supporting the body during monthly cycle changes.

Blue Vervain is traditionally loved for its calming, relaxing properties. It’s often used to support nervous tension, stress and irritability, emotional overwhelm, tension related headaches, tight, tense muscles that can come along with PMS.

Motherwort is a classic herb used in women’s health to support menstrual cramping and discomfort, anxious or emotional feelings during the cycle, nervous system support, relaxation during PMS and overall menstrual comfort and balance.

Red Clover is a nourishing herb often included in women’s wellness blends used to support hormonal balance, reproductive wellness, the body during cyclical changes and overall nourishment with its naturally occurring plant compounds for gentle support in different seasons of life for women of all ages.

My Tallow Sun Guard and Aloe Cream were two of the biggest hits yesterday and I’ll be restocking this week!

One of the most common questions I got about the Tallow Sun Guard was whether it’s safe for babies, toddlers and children and the answer is absolutely yes!

As with all of my products, I use only clean, trusted ingredients.

The Tallow Sun Guard is made with tallow, non-nano zinc oxide, jojoba oil, coconut oil, beeswax, carrot seed oil and raspberry seed oil.
The aloe cream only has 3 ingredients! Aloe, coconut oil and mango butter.

I’m very intentional about what goes into every product and I source my ingredients from reliable, quality suppliers, not the cheapest ones.

Today was such a blessing! To everyone who stopped by, made a purchase or simply came to say hello, thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Your support means more than I can ever fully put into words. It encourages me and reminds me exactly where I’m supposed to be and what I’m called to do. I feel so incredibly thankful for each and every one of you.

If you’ve sent me messages this past week, I promise I will get caught up as soon as I can. I’m not ignoring anyone, it has just been a very full week.

Tomorrow is definitely going to be a rest day for me ♥️
