2️⃣ Conditioning that could humble a Peloton
3️⃣ Kyle insisting his own recovery breaks are just “coaching” (Can’t hide the deep breathing, we see you back there)

On a serious note — we’re incredibly proud of the work this athlete has put in to get back on the soccer pitch with her teammates, where she belongs! 🔥⬆️

College baseball player rebuilding his shoulder stability, strength, and power to get back on the field stronger than ever after surgery 💪⚾️

Can’t say enough great things about this athlete. The guy loves baseball, working out, and embracing the grind. Chomping at the bit to get back on the field!

One more post for Keith to highlight his incredible accomplishment at the Marji Gesick. It is such a beast of a race! Only 39% of the duathlon were able to finish, and Keith took 13th! 💨

We’re truly grateful Keith trusted Sport Summit PT to be part of his journey and also really excited that he shared these moments with us. Seeing our athletes push limits like this is what fuels us!💪🏔️

We’re super excited to share a huge accomplishment from one of our own! 💪 Keith took on the legendary Marji Gesick — one of the toughest endurance events out there — and crushed it. His dedication to training, recovery, and staying consistent through every challenge truly paid off.

We’re so thankful to have been part of Keith’s journey — helping him stay strong, healthy, and ready for race day. Huge thanks to him for sharing this awesome video with us and letting us celebrate his success! Seeing athletes like Keith push their limits is what it’s all about. 🙌
