Small changes make big differences. For me, having 15 - 30 minutes to myself a day is self care for me (realistically the time is more like 11 minutes). If I can spend an hour or more I'd love it but as a mother of little kids it's hard. I find even if I can get a good 15 - 30 minutes to myself in my room on my phone, reading, resting my head or watching something on TV - uninterrupted helps me immensely. And it's a change that's small enough to make a difference for me and for my mood. I empower you to think of the the small change that you can do to make your day better and do it! Happy Friday : )

If you haven't attended a sound bath check your local yoga studio, wellness center or spiritual center for scheduling. It usually starts with guided meditation and can include reiki, affirmations and oracle reading. I recommend to my clients because it combines self care with spiritual care ✨

When you need your mind to quiet and your answers to be loud, the best place to go is out in nature. Give yourself some distance from the city, cars and homes and go out in nature where it's only you and your thoughts. Connect with nature and just sit and ask your spiritual team to help you with whatever you are needing help with. Have faith that the signs, messages and direction will come to you and guide you on what you need to do and that things will happen as they are suppose to. .

Daily gratitude helps with appreciation, awareness and is a little mood booster. And the easy thing, you can do it anywhere; the shower, driving in the car, outside, at your desk or giving someone a hug. It can be out loud or to yourself. Or you can journal it :)

Just a gentle reminder that most people are not mind readers. Expressing our needs is healthy for self-care as well as for healthy relationships with others. If you are having a few bumps in your relationship, ask yourself if you are clearly expressing your needs. If you are and your needs are still not being met, at least your needs and your expectations were stated. If you are not, express yourself. Communicate.
