The birthday girl Rita got a special lunch for her special day!!!

Hosted by our very own scheduler/payroll person Nora. They started with homemade fresh bread with a beautiful cheese & cracker platter. Lovely salads to follow. Then a choice of homemade lasagna or chicken with rice and asparagus.
The best part was the strawberry and kiwi angle food cake for dessert!!!
Amazing job Nora, everything looked so delicious.

Happy 107th Birthday to Rita Moore!!!!

Rita is currently the oldest living resident of Claremont NH. She enjoys lots of candy and naps.
We are so happy to have her here at Elm Wood Center. She is so loved and we wish her the best day today!!!

Back for a visit ❤️

Success is defined by action, persistence, and mindset often achieved by working hard, embracing failure, and consistently showing up. That is what Mr. Langley did and he owned it. He left Elm Wood Center a week ago and looks amazing!!!
This is beyond the word SUCCESS for us here. We are so happy and proud of you Stephen.

🧠💜 The Power of Us. The Power of Now.

Lillian Reda, Genesis' National Director of Memory Support Clinical Practice and Education, recently attended the Alzheimer's Association Community Leaders Summit in Anaheim, CA.

This inspiring gathering brings together community leaders from across the country to share ideas, strengthen partnerships, and advance a collective vision of a world without Alzheimer’s and all other forms of dementia. The summit energizes participants to expand outreach, support, and impact in communities nationwide.

Reflecting on the experience, Lillian shared, “It was truly an impactful learning and networking experience. The ‘purple’ passion among attendees, the powerful personal stories shared, and the insights into the current momentum in care and treatment advancements were not only inspiring but absolutely energizing.”

Genesis is also proud to mark 17 years of participation as a National Team supporting Walk to End Alzheimer’s and Do What You Love to End ALZ, along with our continued efforts to expand access to education, support programs, advocacy, and research.

We all at Elm Wood Center want to thank our amazing administrator Kaylyn for everything. You have helped so many of us in so many ways. Even the small things add up and we all appreciate all that you have brought to the center in such a short time. We cannot wait to grow with you here even more and see what great change you can make.
