Oh, Rustic. We’ve been through a lot over the past seven years (🤯).

I know in not supposed to play favorites, but dang. I’ve been in love with this room since the day we exposed the beams.

Making the switch from float room to treatment room has taken longer than expected, largely due to my resistance to change. And maybe a little grief 🫣

I am, however, thrilled to announce that we were able to soft launch this new space on Friday and it’s so beautiful! Every detail has been carefully curated for both client and therapist comfort. Dare I say that it’s more of a *Rustic Retreat* than ever before??

Online booking for this room, with new service options, will go live later this week!

In the meantime, we have ONE float opening available for tomorrow (Monday, 1/19) at 9am!

‘Tis the season to be… sick? No, thank you!

Now seems like the appropriate time to remind everyone about our sick policy. Keeping in mind the variety of illnesses going around at the moment, the medical vulnerability of both clients and staff, as well as common incubation periods, this policy makes the most sense for us to minimize exposure risk at Eclipse. We kindly ask that you do your part to support our effort and contact us immediately if you’re within 72hrs of your scheduled appointment and are unwell, or someone you’ve been in close contact with has been unwell.

A body fighting off illness or infection, as well as those working to produce antibodies after a vaccination, are best addressed with rest, fluids, and whatever else your doctor orders. Yes, massage is relaxing but it also puts stress on the body, much like a trip to the gym. This can leave you feeling WORSE if your body is fighting off a bug.

Let your body recover.
