We are looking for a part-time, friendly Medical Office Receptionists to work Tuesday & Thursday 7:45am - 6:00pm. Duties include greeting patients, answering phone, making appointments, etc. The ideal candidate should have great skills with written and verbal communication, be very friendly, organized, and punctual. If you have previous experience in a medical front office, we’d like to meet you. Benefits also include paid holidays, depending on schedule.

Responsibilities:
Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
Greeting patients visiting the facility, answering any questions they may have and helping them fill out the required forms
Answering phone calls, creating appointments, directing the calls as required and handling all queries
Informing the Provider, Nurse or other healthcare facilitators about impending appointments
Maintaining a filing system for all patient documents and reports submitted
Answering emails and other electronic messages as required
Creating invoices and bills for patients
Maintaining a neat and clean environment

Requirements:
Proficient in written an verbal communication
2 years of administrative experience
Punctual and dependable.
