Late Arrival Policy
We want everyone to get the full experience of their service. All appointments must begin and end on time so that the next client is not delayed in receiving their treatment. If you arrive late, your appointment time will be reduced accordingly, and the full price of the service will be required. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will need to be reschedule
d. Cancellation/No Show Policy
Sometimes life gets messy, and schedules must be changed. We do ask that you contact us to reschedule or cancel an appointment with 24 hours’ notice. If an appointment is not cancelled with 24 hours’ notice, your account will be charged 50% of the total cost of services. If you would like to reschedule, you must pay the balance due on your account before you will be allowed to reschedule. You will be considered a no show if you do not arrive for an appointment within 10 minutes of the scheduled time. Second No Show will require a non-refundable $100 deposit for scheduling. Third no show will result in full payment of missed service and a non-refundable $100 deposit before scheduling any future appointments. If your appointment was for the $1 dermaplane a $60 charge will be added to your account.
