The Trump administration has refused to comply with the court order requiring them to use ASL interpreters at press briefings, and is appealing the court's decision. The Trump administration does NOT have court approval to ignore the order during the appeal process.

Our Story

Mission:

Our group strives to provide support, information, activities and resources to the community at large to help potential candidates and recipients of cochlear implants or BAHA (Bone Anchored Hearing Aid), professionals and families to better navigate and understand the process of gaining better access to improving the overall hearing experience.

History:

The Buffalo Implant Group (B.I.G), a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, was formed in January of 1985 as the first Chapter of Cochlear Implant Club International, now known as Hearing Loss Association of America.
