Adolescent knee pain! What is the cause? It usually isn’t coming from the knee itself but often from overuse or a training routine that doesn’t have enough stretching or strengthening! You can see the “before” picture on the left how this patient has lack of quadriceps and hip strength. After a couple weeks of therapy, it is fixed!

This warm weather has us thinking summer and the upcoming 🎾 and season! Overuse and improper grip can lead to overuse injuries like tennis elbow which is pain on the outside of your elbow.
