As we prepare to welcome our members and their families for our annual Easter Brunch today, we’re incredibly grateful for our creative culinary team at The Birches!
This week, they shared a beautiful Lithuanian tradition—margučiai—teaching residents the art of natural egg dyeing using onion skins, herbs, and grasses to create unique patterns and colors! Each egg became a unique work of art, thoughtfully wrapped and patterned before boiling.
margučiai is a reminder that beauty can be found in simplicity, patience, and staying connected to nature—and we loved seeing that spirit come to life in our community!
