Get ready to take your throwing performance to the next level ⚾💪 CRHC's Throwing Preparedness camp is designed to enhance mobility in the hips, shoulders, and spine while also working to increase throwing velocity.
Participants will take part in both a workout day and a technique focused day, giving them the opportunity to build strength, improve mechanics, and move more efficiently. Pre and post testing will be included to help track progress and highlight individual growth throughout the camp.
