It's , meet Ryan, RN who has been a valued member of the Clarion Psychiatric Center team for 3 years, with prior experience here on and off. Throughout his time at CPC, Ryan has served in various nursing roles including charge nurse, admission nurse, and floor nurse, bringing compassion and expertise to every shift.

Ryan was inspired to join CPC out of a genuine desire to help people facing mental health challenges. One memorable achievement was stepping into the admission nurse role, which significantly expanded his skills and impact. Over time, Ryan has grown to better understand the importance of balancing hands-on care with empathy. He emphasizes listening carefully, to both patients and colleagues, and approaches challenges proactively by working ahead.

Ryan meets challenges with motivation and calmness, embodying the spirit of Nike’s “Just Do It” and an ability to adapt and overcome. He supports colleagues by bringing a lighter presence and humor to the workplace. The best advice he has received is to remain calm. After a busy shift, Ryan’s favorite way to unwind is simple - heading straight to bed for some well-deserved rest. On his days off, you’re likely to find Ryan relaxing with family, watching kids’ sports, and fitting in a good workout to reset and bring his best self back to work.

When asked about Ryan, his teammates said:
🔹He really is a team player all around!
🔹 Very easy going and calm natured which makes him so good at communicating with patients and staff.
🔹 Wonderful to work with, he has a very calming presence to him, has a good sense of humor and will help out with anything you need.
🔹 Always a calming presence on the units, and is always good for a laugh!
🔹 An excellent de-escalator!! We are so fortunate to have him on our team
🔹 Stays calm and is effective in fast-paced and unpredictable environments.

Thank you, Ryan for the skill and dedication you bring to the CPC mission! 💚

In observance of both and staff showed their support by participating in Wear Blue Day on Wednesday, April 8th.
By simply wearing blue, they helped raise awareness and spark meaningful conversations about the importance of preventing child abuse and promoting neurodiversity and inclusion. Their participation sent a powerful message that we care about the safety, well-being, and inclusion of all individuals. Together, we can make a difference!

It's and David, Business Development Rep. is celebrating his 10 year anniversary with Clarion Psychiatric Center. 🎉

David has been a dedicated member of the Clarion Psychiatric Center family for 10 years in March. David originally came from outpatient counseling and has spent the past decade bringing his talents and passion to our marketing team, where he plays a vital role promoting our programs and services and building relationships with our Community Partners.

David’s personality shines through in everything he does. He’s an early bird who loves a good laugh. His favorite movies are comedies. While he spent more time at the beach in his younger years, these days he appreciates the tranquility of the mountains. Outside of work, David is passionate about golf and tries to get out to the course at least once a week during the summer - a perfect way to combine relaxation and activity.
David’s very first job was cleaning the neighborhood pool, a role that taught him the value of a dollar, something he says was worth much more back then! At CPC, he contributes to a positive work environment by bringing an upbeat attitude and a genuine smile to every task and interaction.

David’s colleagues have this to say about him: 🙌
🔹David does a wonderful job representing CPC and promoting our programs and services.
🔹He is very professional and truly cares about our referral sources and people in general.
🔹David has provided countless trainings to educate providers and our community on mental health and is always helpful and responsive.
🔹David is kind, always willing to help, and a team player.
🔹He is very knowledgeable and a great trainer.

Please join us in celebrating David’s commitment, enthusiasm, and the positive impact he has on CPC and our community! 🤝
