It's , meet Ryan, RN who has been a valued member of the Clarion Psychiatric Center team for 3 years, with prior experience here on and off. Throughout his time at CPC, Ryan has served in various nursing roles including charge nurse, admission nurse, and floor nurse, bringing compassion and expertise to every shift.
Ryan was inspired to join CPC out of a genuine desire to help people facing mental health challenges. One memorable achievement was stepping into the admission nurse role, which significantly expanded his skills and impact. Over time, Ryan has grown to better understand the importance of balancing hands-on care with empathy. He emphasizes listening carefully, to both patients and colleagues, and approaches challenges proactively by working ahead.
Ryan meets challenges with motivation and calmness, embodying the spirit of Nike’s “Just Do It” and an ability to adapt and overcome. He supports colleagues by bringing a lighter presence and humor to the workplace. The best advice he has received is to remain calm. After a busy shift, Ryan’s favorite way to unwind is simple - heading straight to bed for some well-deserved rest. On his days off, you’re likely to find Ryan relaxing with family, watching kids’ sports, and fitting in a good workout to reset and bring his best self back to work.
When asked about Ryan, his teammates said:
