Complete Care Union County Facilities recently joined a luncheon hosted by Elizabeth Caraballo, Complete Care ECM, to foster collaboration with Hackensack Meridian Health JFK University Medical Center. The event included Dr. Hassan, Dr. Alam, and members of Team Health, the Observation Team, and HMH Home, all affiliated with Dr. Hassan, Medical Director at Complete Care Plainfield. It was a great opportunity to strengthen partnerships and support coordinated care.
