Who We Are Looking For:
Compassionate individuals that are committed to helping those we serve live the most comfortable and productive lives in the comfort of their own home! We are currently looking for Permanent, non-medical, Live-In caregivers to support the long-term care needs of our clients. While experience is preferred, it is not a requirement as we provide the training and support you will need to be successful!
What Is a Permanent, Live-In Caregiver?
This is a Full-Time position. A permanent caregiver will be on-assignment and living with our client in their home, for a period of 8 weeks or longer. After 8 weeks the caregiver can choose to go on break or continue services. Also, after the completion of 8 weeks one vacation day is earned.
What is a Fill-In Live In Caregiver?
A Fill In Live In caregiver assignment ranges between 1 to 5 weeks. The Fill In will replace the permanent caregivers when they go on vacation. A Fill In Caregiver will not be on one specific case.
Our caregivers can assist with activities like dressing, bathing, personal care, and assistance with chronic impairments. Caregivers will also help with other activities including laundry, light housekeeping, cooking and maintaining a schedule.

Requirements:
- Certification from DPW in the state of Pennsylvania to become a Personal Care Attendant (PCA)will be completed upon hire. Certification is a quick and easy on-line course.
- 2 step TB test and physical
- 2 professional references
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Mandatory finger printing in Pennsylvania if you have not been a resident for at least two-years. Results must be provided to us within the probationary period
