This is truly a VERY special story! In November, Abington Manor welcomed a husband and wife from Florida for nursing and rehabilitation after a motor vehicle accident. This marked the beginning of their extensive recovery journey, ending in SUCCESS!! Last week, the couple returned to their home in Florida.
They stated, "The staff I can't say enough about. They were all excellent."

Here at Abington Manor-Clarks Summit, PA we had the pleasure of welcoming CNA students from Revolutionary Education Center to our facility for their clinicals. Opening our doors to future caregivers is something we take great pride in, as it allows us to support the next generation of healthcare professionals while strengthening relationships within our community.

We want to give special thank you to the nursing staff on 3 East, Activities Dept. and HR dept. The students and instructor Lisa Spangenberg RN highlighted them for being especially welcoming and positive. CONGRATS Rocco on your successful recovery! Rocco discharged home today after an extended stay that began at the end of October! He gave nursing and therapy excellent reports, giving special thanks for their care during his stay. We are happy for him to be able to return home but will miss that smile!
