The running joke is that I work so my pets can have a better life. I started with Body Blueprint because I had stopped prioritizing myself and I wanted to make some changes. I would work all day and forget to eat, if I remembered it would be a bag of chips or anything else within reach, but not necessarily healthy. I liked having access to nutrition because that is where I really struggled. Since I started in November, the only time Iβve stepped on a scale was to complete a follow-up In-body scan in March to track my progress. I can feel myself getting stronger and my clothes fit better but most of all, Iβm aware of my hunger cues and how my nutrition choices affect the results I can see in the gym. Most weeks, I only make two classes but every time I come, I feel encouraged, supported and at ease, not only from the trainers but from my classmates. Everyone cheers you on, itβs definitely a place I would recommend for anyone who is looking for more than just a gym.Β
