Hi, my name is Eric. Thank you for taking the time to read about me, my clinical background, and my therapeutic approach. I believe the therapeutic relationship between the counselor and the client is the foundation for the counseling process and that true healing comes from a holistic approach that connects the mind, body, and spirit. Therefore, I incorporate a person-centered, holistic approach to counseling while incorporating mindfulness based, CBT, ACT, DBT, and EMDR techniques. I have a wide range of experience working with adults, couples, families, adolescents, and children. I have experience working with children with complex trauma, emotional disorders, autism, behavioral concerns, and more. With adults and adolescents I have experience working with personality disorders, mood disorders, trauma, addiction counseling, and more. I graduated with my master's degree from Walden University. Shortly after I earned my National Counselor Certification (NCC) and obtained my LPC in Pennsylvania (Licensed Professional Counselor). I am also trained in EMDR and have seen it help clients make incredible transformations. Currently, I am working on my Doctorate in Education from Liberty University.
