Impact Physio We help people in pain overcome limitations and stay active without relying on surgery or painkiller We seek to enrich the lives of EVERYONE we interact with!

The purpose of this business venture is to be able to provide the care that patients deserve. All too often, patients are exposed to Physical Therapy in an environment where they do not get one-on-one care, and may even be treated by multiple therapists, assistants, and aides. The clinics are often so busy that the patients receive the same treatment and perform the same exercises at every visit. We believe that patients deserve more, and we want to start a movement to redefine Physical Therapy in the eyes of our prospective patients, referral sources and the community. We want to promote Physical Therapy as the first choice for musculoskeletal injuries, but we also want to set ourselves apart from the crowd. All Physical Therapy is not equal and we strive to be the best! We are never satisfied with the status quo and are continuously striving for improvement. We are committed to learning new techniques, and providing treatments that are supported by evidence in the literature. We view each client experience at Impact Physio as an opportunity to create engaged customers and raving fans. We have decided to value purpose over profit. Our business model is one that emphasizes quality treatment and patient results over profit. We are in a market where there are many other competing Physical Therapy practices. Some have been in existence for a long time, and others are owned by large companies or by referral sources with a financial interest in the success of the clinic. We believe that we can be successful by providing quality services that are not available through our competitors.

What a great team. They have fixed me a number of times. Dr. Salva spends a lot of time evaluating the injury and developing a plan of action. Everything is clearly explained. I worked with him and McKenna.. they were wonderful. Annie at the front desk is delight to work with. Bottom line, I am now back on the court and I can’t thank you all enough!

Rehabbed 2 knee replacements with the Impact Physio team. John & his staff did a tremendous job getting back to normal life sooner than I expected. John knew how to get the most out of me & more importantly when to step Off the gas pedal. It was a great overall experience, TWICE. Also they have an excellent upbeat receptionist in Annie & a good greeter in Charlie.

I don’t know where to begin to tell of my story and be introduced to this physical therapy institution. I didn’t wanna go in February for my back, but I know I had to well I was putting the care of Shannon Munley and she saved my back and now she’s on my neck and that is coming along preferably she is knowledgeable, polite, professional Speak softly. Her explanations are so informative and she explains them in a way that you know exactly what she’s talking about even through all the medical jargon. I like how she keeps an eye on me even if I have to go with someone else she’s constantly looking over and she’ll tell me if I’m doing something wrong. I like how she wheels her cart with her laptop to every place that I am going for different exercises. She has hands-on. She’s a great person, mother and daughter And I can’t tell you enough about how wonderful and how I treasure her.
