The purpose of this business venture is to be able to provide the care that patients deserve. All too often, patients are exposed to Physical Therapy in an environment where they do not get one-on-one care, and may even be treated by multiple therapists, assistants, and aides. The clinics are often so busy that the patients receive the same treatment and perform the same exercises at every visit.

We believe that patients deserve more, and we want to start a movement to redefine Physical Therapy in the eyes of our prospective patients, referral sources and the community. We want to promote Physical Therapy as the first choice for musculoskeletal injuries, but we also want to set ourselves apart from the crowd. All Physical Therapy is not equal and we strive to be the best! We are never satisfied with the status quo and are continuously striving for improvement. We are committed to learning new techniques, and providing treatments that are supported by evidence in the literature. We view each client experience at Impact Physio as an opportunity to create engaged customers and raving fans. We have decided to value purpose over profit. Our business model is one that emphasizes quality treatment and patient results over profit. We are in a market where there are many other competing Physical Therapy practices. Some have been in existence for a long time, and others are owned by large companies or by referral sources with a financial interest in the success of the clinic. We believe that we can be successful by providing quality services that are not available through our competitors.

An Impact Physio visit starts with a friendly welcome from Annie and Daniel. My Physical Theraptist, Ben, starts every session by asking "How are you doing?" He always listens to me and addresses my needs, making the session benefical for me. At the end of each session, Ben always asks, "Any questions?" assuring that my needs have been met. Impact Physio is an awesome place to come, If you are ever in need of physical therapy.All the therapist there are very courteous, professional and most of all caring and concern about your well-being.I should know! I've been there about three times, for various reasons and now back after back surgery, and if I thought it wasn't the right place I wouldn't have come back after the first time.My therapist Ben DeTrempe I would rate a 10 🌟 for me I've had him from the start ,and very comfortable to be with.All the therapist are awesome, but you will get to know them for yourself.Annie the front desk receptionist, Omg! I can say so much wonderful things about her, She's a sweetheart! The therapists Physio are absolutely fabulous! They go above and beyond to help and make sure you feeling better. Ben was my therapist and I loved him. I would recommend them to anyone that needs therapy. It is one on one therapy. I’ve had physical therapy before but I was never treated as good as when I went to Impact Physio.

My therapist Ben, is professional,Knowledgeable, caring and kind. While Ben was the leader, those that work with him took his lead and are just as professional, knowledge, caring and kind. What I like most about Impact Physio is the warm friendly family atmosphere, starting with the front administration staff, and let us not forget the gentle Miss Charlie. I’m grateful for all the encouragement and kindness that has gotten me through the required physical therapy after my left knee replacement surgery. Thank you 🙏🏻 for all your hard work in helping me reaching my goal to walk 2.5 miles a day. The best Physical Therapy Practice ever!
