Self care with an amazing lady! Go schedule and relax!!😎

Welcoming New and Existing Clients 🌸

01/16/2026

Happy Friday ✨
Friendly reminder: the weekend is not a “catch up on everything you ignored all week” punishment
It’s for rest, self-care, and doing at least one thing that makes you feel like yourself again 🫶

What’s one small thing you’re doing this weekend just for you? 🌿
(And no, “laundry” doesn’t count 😉)

Self-Care Saturday

Taking care of myself by:
— avoiding stress
— avoiding people
— avoiding responsibility

Highly recommend.

Let’s talk about saying no.

Not the confident, calm, “No thank you!”
But the kind where you say yes…
Then immediately think, “Why did I just do that?”

You replay the conversation in your head.
You feel annoyed at yourself.
You feel resentful at the other person.
And somehow you end up exhausted — even though you were “being nice.”

Here’s the truth:
Saying no feels uncomfortable because many of us were taught that being kind meant being available, agreeable, and flexible at all times.

In therapy, we work on learning that boundaries aren’t rude — they’re necessary.
And that saying no doesn’t make you selfish… it just makes you honest.

You’re allowed to protect your time, energy, and mental health.
Even if someone is disappointed.
Even if it feels awkward at first.

Growth often sounds like:
“I can’t do that right now.”
And that’s enough.

01/05/2026

January isn’t about “fixing” yourself.

It’s about checking in with yourself.

Therapy in the new year can look like:
• learning boundaries
• managing stress better
• healing old patterns
• or just having a place to talk without judgment

Growth doesn’t have to be dramatic to be meaningful.

If you’ve been thinking about therapy… this might be your sign.

Me: “I don’t need therapy.”
Also me: Argues with a GPS, cries during dog food commercials, and thinks everyone at the grocery store hates me.

🎤 Therapist enters the chat

Listen, therapy isn’t just for when everything’s on fire. Sometimes it’s just nice to have someone professionally obligated to listen while you emotionally unpack like a raccoon going through someone’s suitcase.

Normalize saying:

🧠 “I’m going to therapy.”
🍕 Not: “I’m fine,” while eating pizza at 3am and googling “why do I self-sabotage?”

Seeking help isn’t weak. It’s just leveling up with a licensed co-op partner. 💪🧠✨

✨Do you want someone to talk to who won’t interrupt you with “Well I think…” every 5 seconds?✨
Good news: Your therapist won’t do that. Your Aunt Susan at Thanksgiving? No promises.

🛋️ We’ve got openings! (In the schedule… not in the walls, we promise it’s structurally sound.)
Unpack the baggage, and leave with slightly less existential dread than you walked in with. 💼➡️🧠💡

Book a session. Your future self will thank you.
(Your past self may still cringe at that one thing from 7th grade, but we can work on that too.)

Send us a msg here or call (570) 351-2751.

🌱 Mental Health Reminder 🌱

You’re not lazy. You’re not broken. You’re not “too much.”

You’re human — and being human means having bad days, feeling overwhelmed, and needing rest. 💛

In a world that glorifies hustle and filters every moment, it’s revolutionary to slow down, check in with yourself, and say:

✨ “What do I need right now?”
✨ “How can I be gentle with myself today?”
✨ “Who can I reach out to, instead of retreating in?”

You don’t have to have it all together. No one really does.
Let’s normalize therapy, deep breaths, journaling, crying it out, or simply going offline for a while. 🧠💬🧘‍♀️

Your mental health matters. Your feelings are valid. Your story is still unfolding — and there’s beauty in that. We have clinicians ready to help you achieve all your goals.
