The American Counseling Association (ACA) met with the office of Representative Judy Chu (D-CA) to advocate against the discontinuation of funding for the Bipartisan Safer Communities Act (BSCA) grant programs and the proposed guidance that would exclude licensed professional counselors (LPCs).
