My yoga journey began at fifteen, when my mom took me to a pop-up class in Scranton. From my very first class, I fell in love with the practice not just for how it moved the body, but for how it made me feel grounded, strong, and deeply connected to something bigger than my immediate surroundings. I knew early on that I wanted to share that feeling with others the same way my first teacher shared it with me. Coming back to teach in the same community that introduced me to yoga over ten years ago is both a deep honor and privilege.
I completed my RYT 200-hour training in 2021 at Om Lounge Yoga Studio in Pittsburgh and am certified through Yoga Alliance. Over the past two years, I have taught in South Jersey at a Yoga and Pilates studio, leading power flows both in and outdoors, heated strength-focused classes, as well as slower restorative sessions.
Alongside teaching, I am finishing medical school and preparing to specialize in women’s health. My background in healthcare strongly influences how I approach movement, with intention, curiosity, and respect for the body’s strength and limits. I love blending the spiritual roots of yoga with a power-athletic edge, creating classes that challenge you, build confidence, and still leave space to breathe, reflect, and fully surrender into Savasana.
My goal as an instructor is to support students as they grow, whether that means working toward your first arm balance, building stronger chaturangas, or simply leaving class feeling more at home in your body. I am endlessly inspired by the people I teach and feel grateful to be part of their movement journey.
