Grocery Beats make shopping fun, active, and educational, all while helping families stick to their budgets. Add music, rhythm, and food group games to turn a regular trip into a smart health habit!

Why it works:
Music keeps kids focused
Games help teach nutrition
Everyone learns how to shop smart!

Try a fun chant with your kids:
“Veggie, dairy, fruit, grain, protein!
Pick one from each and feel complete!”
Then, ask them to find one item from each food group. It’s a fun way to learn and make healthy choices together!

Our volunteers will be outside next Sunday 11/23 from 10am - 2pm for convenient drop off. 🦃 Turkeys can be frozen or fresh or any size including turkey breasts. Thank you for supporting YPATT and helping your neighbors in need this season. Every donation makes a difference! 🧡
