Infrared saunas use infrared wavelengths of light to heat the body directly, rather than heating the surrounding air first (like traditional saunas).

Infrared light can pe*****te 1–1.5 inches into soft tissue, which:
🔥increases core body temperature from the inside
🔥boosts circulation
🔥promotes sweating at lower air temperatures
🔥supports relaxation and muscle recovery

This is why people can experience a deep sweat and therapeutic benefits at 88–120°F, instead of the 170–200°F needed in a regular sauna.

✨88–95°F = Gentle Heat / Beginner Zone
What it feels like: Warm, relaxing, easy to tolerate
Best for: beginners, sensitive individuals, longer sessions

✨100–108°F = Therapeutic Zone
What it feels like: A deeper, consistent heat without harsh intensity
Best for: most users, moderate detox, longer therapeutic sessions

✨115–125°F = Advanced Sweat / Performance Zone
What it feels like: Intense but tolerable heat
Best for: experienced users, athletes, deep sweat sessions

Physical therapy side will be open Christmas Eve until noon, while Christmas Day and Boxing Day (day after Christmas) we will be closed!
