As the days get shorter and darkness settles in earlier, it’s easy to find ourselves reaching for our phones for a quick dopamine rush.
But sometimes what we really need isn’t more noise. Maybe we need to take a moment to pause and reflect on what our brains might really be craving, silence, reflection, or intentional self care.
Try swapping a few minutes of scrolling for something that actually restores you. Try a new stretch, grab that old journal, light your favorite candle, make a unique tea, or step outside and breathe the crisp air.
Little choices like these can go a long way for our bodies and brains.
