🏋️ Being consistent here at CrossFit SolaFide is the first step to improve your fitness.

Merry Christmas from CrossFit SolaFide 🎄

Today we celebrate the greatest gift ever given — Jesus Christ.

In the middle of the lights, the meals, and the memories, we pause to remember that Christmas is about Emmanuel, God with us. At SolaFide, our name means “by faith alone,” and that faith is the foundation of everything we do — how we love our members, serve our community, and show up for one another inside and outside the gym.

“For unto us a child is born, unto us a Son is given…” — Isaiah 9:6

Our prayer this Christmas is that your home is filled with peace, your heart with hope, and your life with the joy that only Christ can bring.

The ® is coming to CrossFit SolaFide January 5th. It’s designed by CrossFit Level 4 Coach and Licensed Nutritionist, EC Synkowski (), as the first step in someone’s diet.

Instead of focusing on restriction, or implementing too many rules that don’t work with real life, you are going to focus on adding. It’s adding 800 grams, by weight,(or 6 cups/closed fists) of the fruits & veggies YOU LIKE to your diet. And then, you continue to eat whatever else you like.

Despite all the noise on social media, nutrition doesn’t have to be that hard. This plan will allow you to fuel your workouts, maximize your performance, change your body composition to align with your goals AND still eat out with friends and family (aka enjoy life without restrictions)

Cost: $39
When? January 5 - February 3
Who is this program for? ANYONE, you do not have to be a member at our gym
