Ok so I love the colder weather but my body aka my knees are say absolutely NO!! They are stiff and swollen takes a bit for it to adjust to weather changes .. kinda of a annoying considering yesterday I felt amazing .. bumber!!😩

I am now a Certified Nutritional Specialist!! Indiana approved .. Can't wait to add to what I've already been doing all my life. I'm also getting a Certification in children educational sports Coaching .. this took 3 weeks all together hope.to have that done quicker . I am also Certified in CPR again as well. And still have my Certification from Catholic Archdiocese of Indiana as well.. So I'm ready to take that leap forward.

Hey everyone I am Back!!! Yes..
Hope everyone is Healthy and doing good. I miss y'all. I won't be in office at this time however I am doing something new. I will be conducting appointments over Duo and having some fun Meetings over Zoom with special speakers and events. So I will be talking more about this , this week .. I am also planning on having a online Health store., With Nature Sunshine Product , of course Moducare and Colostrum.
