At APT we provide a variety of pediatric therapies, including Speech-Language, Occupational, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and Physical therapies, to support your child’s development and well-being. We strive to make sure we are doing our best to get your child the help they need. Our facility offers a variety of different services to fit your child's needs including occupational therapy, speech therapy, physical therapy, therapeutic therapy, aqua therapy, auditory processing therapy, autism therapy, and family therapy. Whatever the need may be for your child, we have a plethora of services available with state licensed and certified staff to assist you.

Meet Kriston Pace, one of our amazing Physical Therapy Assistants serving families in Clark and Scott counties through in-home and teletherapy visits. 💚

Kriston is available on Thursdays from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM and loves being part of a child’s journey—helping them turn big challenges into everyday wins and easing the stress parents often feel along the way. 💪💫

She also wants families to know that every Early Intervention plan is completely personalized, built around each child’s unique needs and family goals.

And when she’s not helping little ones reach milestones, you can find her cheering on her favorite team — Go Green Bay Packers! 🏈💚💛

Meet Payton E., one of our incredible Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) serving families in Clark and Scott counties!

Payton loves helping little ones reach their milestones and empowering parents to use everyday routines to promote communication and connection. 💕

When asked what she wishes more families knew about Early Intervention, Payton shared:

“Therapists are there to support you and give you tools to help your child thrive — you know your child best and have the greatest impact on their growth.”

Landon was working so hard on his writing and visual scanning skills — but why not make it FUN? His therapist brought the session to the swing, turning hard work into something playful and motivating.

Movement-based activities like this help kids:

Did you know APT has a Shoe Recycling Program? 💚

If your child has outgrown their SMO/AFO-friendly shoes, don’t toss them — donate them! We’ll re-home your gently loved shoes to another child in the APT network who can keep them moving and growing.

✨ How it works:
Drop off your new or gently used brace-friendly shoes at the front desk or give them to your therapist — it’s that easy!

Our Lexington staff and families had an amazing time volunteering with Bluegrass Ambucs at Broke Spoke Community Bike Shop building adapted trikes for children in our community!

We love partnering with Ambucs to help kids of all abilities get out on the road and experience the joy of riding. Seeing those smiles makes all the hard work worth it! 😄✨
