If you find yourself re-using one of our pre-paid shipping labels, you will want to reconsider! 🚀 USPS labels are created for ONE-TIME use only. 📮 They have recently alerted us that they will no longer be delivering boxes that have previously used labels and WILL fine up to $10,000 per label reuse. 😰
One of the main downsides is that there is no insurance on shipments with re-used labels. 🚫📦 This means your package won't be protected if anything goes wrong in transit. 😔 Plus, there is no tracking through our provider for re-used labels as well. 📉
To avoid disappointment and potentially not being paid, please use the label issued for the quote you submitted. ✅ If in doubt, just check the label to see if the quote # matches what you just submitted. 🔍 Plus, we always email your label right after your quote confirmation, and it's always available to download in your My Account attached to your quote. Easy peasy! 💯

We can send you a free shipping label by email or message, but we understand that not everyone has a printer, and so if necessary upon request we can mail you a shipping label. And if you don't have anything you can use as a shipping box then just let us know and we can also mail a cardboard shipping box as well for you to use to mail us your products 😊
