We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Chloe Revere for completing her clinical rotation here at Clark Rehabilitation. Throughout her time with us, Chloe demonstrated exceptional professionalism, compassion, and dedication to her patients. Her strong clinical skills, curiosity, and eagerness to learn have made a lasting impression on both the staff and the individuals she’s worked with. It has been a true pleasure watching her grow in confidence and competence as a future Doctor of Physical Therapy.

As Chloe prepares to complete her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Hanover College, we want to recognize the hard work and commitment that have brought her to this exciting milestone. Her ability to connect with patients and her genuine passion for helping others will serve her well as she begins her career. Chloe’s enthusiasm and positive spirit have brought warmth and energy to our team, and she has been an invaluable addition to the Clark Rehab family.

Beyond her professional achievements, we’ve enjoyed getting to know Chloe on a personal level. Originally from Louisiana, Chloe has made Louisville, Kentucky her new home with her husband, where she enjoys gardening, baking, and spending time outdoors. At Clark Rehab & Skilled Nursing Center, excellence and compassion go hand in hand—and this month, we are proud to recognize Andrea Hollister as our Employee of the Month. Andrea, a dedicated CNA, has been a vital part of our team for nearly a year and will be celebrating her one-year anniversary with us next month. Working the 3rd shift, Andrea consistently brings a calm, steady presence to the overnight hours, ensuring our residents receive attentive care and support when they need it most. Her reliability, professionalism, and kind-hearted nature make her a favorite among both residents and fellow staff members.

Andrea’s commitment to her role shines through in everything she does, from going the extra mile to comfort a resident in the middle of the night to supporting her coworkers with a positive attitude and a helping hand. Her ability to balance efficiency with empathy sets a strong example for all of us at Clark. We are truly grateful for Andrea’s hard work and dedication, and we look forward to celebrating her one-year milestone next month. During Healthcare Food Services Week, Clark Rehabilitation was filled with laughter, color, and creativity as the dietary team celebrated with themed dress-up days that brought joy to residents and staff alike. From "Mix Match Day", or "Dress Up as your Favorite Character Day", each theme highlighted the enthusiasm and teamwork that make Clark Rehab such a special place. The dining room and lobby buzzed with excitement as residents eagerly guessed the next day’s theme and joined in the fun with their own festive accessories.

As we celebrate our incredible culinary department and all those who help provide nutritious, comforting meals for our residents, we extend our deepest gratitude for their dedication and care. Their work goes far beyond preparing food—they nourish the body, lift spirits, and create a sense of community at every meal. HealthCare Food Services Week reminds us that every meal served, and every smile shared contributes to the heart of our mission: ensuring our residents feel valued, cared for, and at home at Clark Rehab.

From her very first day, Morgan’s warm smile and steady hands have brought comfort to residents and confidence to her coworkers. Whether she’s helping a new resident settle in, lending a hand to a teammate, or taking an extra moment to brighten someone’s day, Morgan embodies the heart of caregiving that defines Clark Rehab.

Her commitment goes far beyond her daily duties. Morgan is known for her reliability, positivity, and the genuine care she shows to everyone she meets in just this short time she has been with Clark. She has become more than just a team member; she exhibits so many great qualities and ensures our residents needs are met. Clark Rehab is proud to celebrate Morgan, and we appreciate her so much!

Clark Rehabilitation celebrated Harvest Homecoming 2025. Several residents were accompanied by staff and enjoyed a beautiful Fall Day. Residents enjoyed many tasty food items, such as the chicken and dumplings, funnel cakes, or the tenderloin sandwich. Residents got to go around and see so many different booths and had so many great laughs together. Our residents look forward to Harvest Homecoming, and they enjoy it year after year. A special thank you to all those that assisted our residents today.

Look Who is Moving Forward- Jonathan Daugherty was admitted to Clark Rehabilitation for short-term rehabilitation following complications from a hospital stay. Upon arrival, he was met with a skilled and compassionate team who immediately began tailoring a therapy plan to support his recovery. With the help of dedicated physical and occupational therapists, Jonathan steadily regained his strength and independence. The structured support and expert care allowed him to make significant progress in a short time, putting him well on the path to returning home with confidence.

Reflecting on his experience, Jonathan shared heartfelt appreciation for the care he received, saying, “Clark Rehab treated me so good. It was like a home away from home.” He credited not only the high-quality therapy services but also the warmth and kindness of the entire staff for making his stay comfortable and encouraging. Jonathan left Clark Rehab feeling stronger, supported, and grateful for a team that truly made a difference in his healing journey. Good luck Jonathan!
