Isn’t every day a day for rest? It’s hard to know which days to push and which days to pull back, but if you can slow your roll a little bit you will feel what you need next.
Regular resting outside of sleep, has a HUGE POSITIVE IMPACT on your daily life.

This is where your nervous system resets.

You can’t keep going day after day without making time to actually reset and get back into your own groove.
That doesn’t happen by doing more.
It happens by doing less.

They say the hardest pose is to be still. But I’m pretty sure the nap at the end is the easiest part….

Yoga practice moves your energy around and the rest at the end lets your body accept the new feelings.
