Coastal Plains Eye Care is opening in November 2023! We are your one stop shop for all of your eye care and eyewear needs. We look forward to seeing you!

Our mission is to provide the highest quality of professional eye care to the people of Claxton, Evans County, and surrounding communities. Our goal is to create an eye care and optical destination for the greater community.

Today, we're especially grateful for our wonderful patients and our amazing team. Thank you for trusting our small practice with your eye care and for supporting us throughout the year.

Our office will be closed today, 11/27 and tomorrow, 11/28 so our team can enjoy the holiday with their families. We will return to normal business hours on Monday, 12/1.

Jaynie is our front desk receptionist and she’ll welcome you with a warm smile when you walk through our door. She’ll help you check in and ensure your visit with us is off to a great start!

Born and raised in Claxton, Jaynie loves being part of the community that she calls home. In her free time, she enjoys reading, going to the beach, and spending time with her husband Rob and their dog Otis.

🎉🥳 Cheers to Kaylee’s first year at Coastal Plains Eye Care! 👀

Kaylee is our optometric technician and she does an amazing job preparing our patients to see Dr. Piche. She brings a calm energy to our busy days and she helps our patients feel comfortable during their visit.

Over the past year, Kaylee has grown so much in her role and we are lucky to have her on our team! Her kindness and compassion contribute greatly to the positive experience our patients have with us. Thank you, Kaylee, for all your hard work and dedication!

Holiday Hours Update 🇺🇸

Our office will be closed on Friday, May 23rd and Monday, May 26th in observance of the Memorial Day holiday. We will reopen with normal hours on Tuesday, May 27th.

We had a couple very special patients come in for their eye exams - Kim and Bill, Dr. Piche’s parents! Originally from Iowa, Kim and Bill have made the move down to the sunshine state of Florida. Being one state away has made visits a lot easier. It’s always an honor for Dr. Piche to care for their eyes!
