Jack Strickland Rehabilitation Center The facility is equipped with state of the art equipment including an aquatic rehabilitation pool. An aquatic pool is also available.

The Jack Strickland Rehabilitation Center is conveniently located across from the hospital and is staffed by a physical therapist and physical therapy assistants. Jack Strickland Rehabilitation Center is also an approved Silver Sneakers Program site.

Jack Strickland Rehabilitation and Wellness will resume normal business functions tomorrow. Physical Therapy patients should check in at our normal location for their appointment. Thank you for your patience while repairs were made to a main water line.

Due to a busted water Line, Jack Strickland Rehabilitation patients will need to check in at the main entrance at Evans Memorial Hospital on Wednesday, November 5th to be seen at a designated area for rehabilitation at the hospital. Jack Strickland Rehabilitation Wellness will be closed Wednesday, November5th. We apologize for the inconvenience.

With winter weather approaching, we want to ensure the safety of our patients and team members.

Jack Strickland Rehab and Surgical Associates will close at 3 p.m. on Tuesday, 1/21, and will be closed on Wednesday, 1/22. All scheduled surgeries and elective procedures on Wednesday, 1/22, are postponed. Elective tests will be suspended and rescheduled as a precaution.
