We are here and ready to collect donations for the Evans County Fire and Rescue

Today, Saturday April 25, we will have a team together accepting donations in a Drop-Off- Drive Thru fashion. Please pull around back and we will unload your donations for you to drive on through. We will begin at 12 and end at 3.

These firefighters are working tirelessly to protect our communities during the Georgia wildfires let’s show up for them the same way they show up for us. Most importantly we also ask that you continue to pray for our firefighters and all the families involved.

Every donation makes a difference. ❤️

Evans County Fire and Rescue will have three drop off locations during the week. (Southern Family Medicine, Commissioners office and 4-H office)
We know making a drop-off during regular business hours can be difficult and we want everyone to have the opportunity to give if they would like.

This Saturday we will have a team together accepting donations in a Drop-Off- Drive Thru fashion.

We will continue to take all donations possible. We have plenty of room in our new building behind the office to help store supplies. Claxton Evans County Fire and Rescue have requested eye drops, tylenol and wet wipes as well.

At Southern Family Medicine, one thing is for sure, we couldn’t do this without our incredible team.

Every day, our staff shows up with compassion, dedication, and a true servant’s heart to care for our community. From the front desk to the exam room, behind the scenes to face-to-face care, each person plays a vital role in what we do.

This is more than primary care, this is hometown medicine. And it’s made possible by people who treat our patients like family.

Today, we had a little fun showing our appreciation by surprising our team with coffee delivered by The Bellville Gathering Grounds to help fuel their coffee addiction ☕️ and some fun new pullovers we gave them a few weeks ago!

We are beyond grateful for each and every one of you. ❤️

We took our gender predictions for Baby Lewis very seriously or at least we tried to! 😄💗💙

Our “family members” came through with a lot of laughs along the way!

Boy or girl, we can’t wait to meet Baby Lewis this June. One thing’s for sure, this baby already has quite the crew behind them! 🍼✨

We had so much fun surprising Mr. Tim and his wife, Macie, who are expecting a precious baby girl any day now! 🎀 As well as, celebrating Mrs. Jordyn and her husband, Loren, as they prepare to welcome their second little one at the beginning of the summer and we LOVE that they’re keeping the gender a surprise!

We are so thankful for these growing families and the joy they bring to our SFM team. Babies are such a blessing, and we can’t wait to meet these sweet little ones! 🍼✨
