Our next Childbirth Academy is scheduled and we're excited to see you there! Put on some comfy clothes, grab your support person, and come learn all about how to navigate the labor and birth process with our experienced doulas.

This course is a 4-part series that covers everything from end of pregnancy preparations, anatomy & physiology of birth, stages of labor, comfort measures, interventions, complications, newborn procedures, and postpartum recovery. You'll walk away feeling more knowledgable and empowered to make informed choices along your birth journey.

Class dates: January 4, 11, 18, 25 (Sundays)
Class times: 1-4pm
Location: Little Apple Doulas Office (1800 Claflin Rd Suite 200)
