Insurance companies across the US are moving at a snails pace today which is causing major disruptions for pharmacies nationwide. We appreciate your patience as we work through getting your prescription claims to process. If you can wait until later in the week to pick up your prescriptions that may be helpful.

09/10/2025 UPDATE ‼️‼️

We are so excited to announce that the pharmacy is open at the temporary location located at 108 NW 3rd Street, just north of the old location! We encourage anyone who uses text messaging to sign up to receive notifications when your prescriptions are ready.

We are still working to get things restocked. This will take time, especially the over-the-counter items and any durable medical equipment. Please bear with us as we figure out our new normal. We don't have as much room here, so we might not have everything you need, but rest assured we can typically get it for you the next business day!

For those patients who had to transfer prescriptions out for immediate needs while we were closed, just know all it takes is one call for us to get you back in our system, no trouble at all!

We look forward to being back in Abilene and serving Abilene and surrounding areas. We have missed everyone!

Our Abilene store will re-open in their temporary location soon! Thanks to all our patients for being so patient as we worked to fill needs for both stores the last two weeks. We are blessed to be part of these communities.

Great news! We've got our temporary location and we are hoping to be open this coming week, right across the street at 108 NW 3rd Street! We are working on getting inventory back in stock, so the store is NOT YET open to the public, but customers are able to call in as they normally would on the same number, 785-263-2229, for assistance.

In honor of International Overdose Awareness Day (IOAD) on Sunday August 31st, 2025 we will have limited supply of Narcan available to the public. If you need it, or if you have a family member or friend in need, please come get one. No questions asked. Narcan is not just for people who use drugs. Accidental overdoses can happen to anyone, including kids, seniors, or patients on prescription opioids. Carrying Narcan isn't about judgement- it's about being ready to save a life, no matter who needs help. Please come by this week, Tuesday through Friday 8am-5pm. Education is available by request. No questions asked. You will remain anonymous.
