Exciting things happening and I’m happy to say I am 50% done with my Kid Yoga Training. Yoga has been a passion of mine for the past 5 years and I’m excited to announce that I’d like to bring Kid Yoga, up to age 8, to Clay Center. Stayed tuned for more info at a later date!

I’d like to thank Grow Clay County for promoting my new business, Little Haven!
The Feeling Buddies curriculum is for all children ages 4-8, whether they have experienced trauma or not. It gives children life long skills to help them cope with feelings of anger, sadness, anxiety or fear, all of which we experience at one time in our lives.
