He is survived by his Mother Elsie Richardson, his wife Roxie Embs, a son David Embs II, a daughter Cynthia Embs, and seven grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father Dewey Richardson, a daughter Donna Embs, two brothers Richard Embs, Kirk Richardson, and a sister Charlene Richardson. Charles Owens, 67, passed away on Monday, March 23, 2026, at the Stanton Nursing Home in Stanton KY. He was born in Cincinnati, Oh on March 6,1959, to Charles Owens and Edna Manley. He was preceded in death by his brother, Clintin Meredith and sister, Bonnie Meredith. He is lovingly survived by his son, Tony Dunaway; daughter, Ica Brandenburg; brothers, Jimmy Owens and Ray Meredith; sisters Vanessa Smith and Penny Harman; two grandchildren, Michael Pendleton and Savannah Jones; nieces, Jordan Ray and Claudia Ray; nephew, Johnathan Ray; two special friends Robert and LaDonna Ray. She was preceded in death by her husband, Rick Pesut. She is lovingly survived by her 3 sons, Timmy Pelfrey, Mikey (Chas) Pelfrey, and Bobby Banfield; 2 sisters, Sheila (Jason) Yarber and Tammy (Dennis) Davidson; seven grandchildren, Chloe Pelfrey, Sabastian Pelfrey, William Nolan, Hailey Pelfrey, Heaven Pelfrey, Brennon Hall, and Brendan Pelfrey; 6 great-grandchildren and her very special fur baby Bella. Linda Snowden, of Clay City, passed away on February 15 2026. She was born to Simp and Iva (Townsend) Rogers on May 7, 1950. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers James and Carl Rogers, sisters Cathern Phillips and Ruby Bryant; her husband Tracy Snowden, and sons Wally and Charlie. She leaves behind two sisters, Joyce Overbee and Eunice Starr, and a brother, Paul Rogers. Other survivors include a special sister-in-law Judy, and a host of nieces, nephews, in-laws, and friends. Before retirement, Linda was a cook for Powell county schools. She had previously worked at Lycoming shoe Factory and CMS in Stanton. She enjoyed playing cards, cooking for and spending time with her Family, and spoiling her fur babies, Bitty and Tater. No services are planned at this time. She was a homemaker and loved spending time with her family and was of the Christian faith. Along with her parents William and Florance Banks Ritchie she was proceeded in death by two sons William Ritchie, Timmy Ritchie, one daughter Linda Yarber, two brothers and two sisters.
