Most of 2026 has been lived behind the scenes. Between recovering from radiation and navigating the wild swings of medicinal hormonal changes, I’ve spent the last few months figuring out what my “new normal” actually looks like.
There have been highs, very real lows, and everything in between. But if this season has taught me anything, it’s the art of patience. I’m learning to give myself grace when my body needs rest and celebrate the small wins as they come. It’s a journey of rediscovery, and I’m finally starting to love the view. ✨
