UPDATE: Ordinance passed by the city council that applies to our current licensure as a farm winery tasting room.
—No beer sales. No cans, bottles or draft.
—No Out of State wine bottle sales.
—We can pour both GA and Out of State wines as long as GA wines are 60% of what’s available. So chardonnay, savvy blanc, and cab sauv are back on the menu alongside petit menseng, chambourcin, and muscadine. —

The support shown through this experience has been overwhelming and we appreciate you all. We are grateful that y’all care about Highroads just as much as we do!

We ask that if you can be there in person or in spirit at Tuesday’s city council meeting— the work session is and the meeting is . Prayer, positive energy, and encouragement.

So that we can attend the city council meeting we will be closed from 3:45pm until 6:45pm.

This week we are focusing on the abundance of love and support and channeling that into good vibes and peace to ground us in all that is Highroads and what it means to us and our community in Clayton and beyond. Chase the good, always!ene

This class is open to the public and hotel guests, and takes place in our serene courtyard right behind the inn.

I practiced yoga today for the first time in a very long time. I didn’t realize how much my body needed it until it let me know. 🙏🏼

My instructor talked about making adjustments during our second half yin ☯️ practice.

It struck me that I haven’t given myself any grace about what I’ve been through this last year with taking a leap of faith and buying my yoga 🧘‍♀️ studio and less than a year later, having to close it.

When you turn your passion into a business- it becomes just that. A daily grind to make enough revenue to keep your doors open. It stops being fun.

I’ve really been beating myself up about failing (side note I’ve done this my entire life).

But today, my instructor reminded me that it was just an adjustment that needed to be made.

I didn’t fail. I did my best. And it’s time to be proud of that.

What adjustment can you make today to give yourself a little grace?

Because we all deserve some 🕉️
