Do you struggle with consistency? Hillary here, I
know I do sometimes! However, I also know that when I’m consistent, I’m at my happiest. Here are the things that help me stay consistent with health and fitness aspects of my life:
* Understand why I want to be healthy and fit.
* Commit to and schedule my week for movement. In addition, plan my meals for the week.
* Choose the easy, healthy options. Choose food I like to eat. Choose exercise I like to do.
* Utilize the health/fitness buddy system.
